What is our Cancellation policy?

For the cancellation of any product, please do it within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, WhatsApp us on 9971129885.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order by writing to us at our WhatsApp number  9971129885

What is our exchange/ return policy?

You may exchange the product for a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the goods. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 2 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Returns are not valid on clearance merchandise.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
So, If the product is eligible for size exchange, please whatsapp us on 9971129885 within 12 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your message gets notified by us, please send the product back to us by yourself.
Note: We do not have a reverse pick-up facility. The cost of return shipping is to be made by the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest to return items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by “Svantah Sukhay”.com will be treated as not returned.

Kindly remember to take acknowledgment receipt of the number of dispatched products from the courier guy, with his signature and mobile number. “Svantah Sukhay” will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

You can report the product within 2 days from the date of delivery.
While returning the product, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

When the desired size of the product is not in stock, we issue a credit note for our customers with a validity of 30 days (from the date of receipt of store credit), is provided to our customer.
In case of Damaged/Wrong delivery: If the merchandise is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at  svantahsukhay@gmail.com or contact us at +91 9971129885 within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. When we will receive the damaged product, we will send you a fresh piece.
